This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through HallowShadow, operated by lookszone s.r.o.

Your satisfaction is important to us. In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer an extended return period of up to 30 days after receipt of the goods for eligible products.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The following applies:

• During the first 14 days, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

• For days 15 through 30, HallowShadow provides an additional voluntary return option subject to the conditions of this policy.

This voluntary 30-day return period does not restrict or replace any statutory rights you may have.

2. Conditions for Returns

For voluntary returns made outside the statutory withdrawal period, the product must generally be in substantially the same condition in which you received it.

In particular, the product should:

• be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it;

• be undamaged;

• be complete;

• be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;

• and include all originally supplied components, cables, adapters, accessories, manuals, and other included items.

Statutory withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law.

Consumers are generally entitled to inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

For an electronic projector, this may include unpacking the device, connecting it appropriately, switching it on, and carrying out a reasonable functional inspection.

If the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for such an inspection, a reduction in value may be taken into account where permitted by law.

3. Product Condition and Testing

Opening the shipping package or product packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

In particular, an electronic projector will not be excluded from withdrawal solely because the packaging was opened for the purpose of reasonably inspecting the product and its functionality.

You should handle the product carefully during any inspection.

For example, the device should not be:

• physically damaged;

• modified or disassembled;

• exposed to liquids or inappropriate environmental conditions;

• operated using incompatible power supplies, adapters, or accessories;

• or used in a way that exceeds what would reasonably be necessary to test its characteristics and functionality.

If use of the product results in a reduction in value beyond what would be expected from a reasonable inspection, we may take that reduction in value into account where permitted by applicable law.

Your statutory rights relating to:

• defective products;

• damaged products;

• incorrectly delivered products;

• incomplete products;

• or other statutory warranty or conformity claims

remain fully unaffected.

Outside mandatory statutory claims, we may in individual cases voluntarily offer an alternative solution, such as store credit, a partial refund, or another goodwill arrangement. There is no entitlement to such voluntary remedies.

4. Starting a Return

Where possible, please provide:

• your order number;

• the email address used to place the order;

• the product you wish to return;

• the reason for the return, if you voluntarily wish to provide one;

• photos or videos of the product or packaging where relevant to your request.

You do not need to provide a reason in order to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

After receiving your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions and, where required, the correct return address.

Because orders may be processed by external suppliers, logistics providers, or fulfillment partners, the return address may differ from the original shipping address.

Please do not return goods without prior instructions to the address shown on the shipping label or directly to a manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner.

Returns should be sent only in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.

The registered business address of lookszone s.r.o. shown in our Legal Notice is not automatically the warehouse or return address designated for returned products.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product:

• arrives damaged;

• does not function properly;

• has another defect;

• is incomplete;

• or you received the wrong item,

To help us process the matter efficiently, please provide where possible:

• your order number;

• a brief description of the issue;

• and relevant photos or videos.

For technical issues involving an electronic projector, a short video demonstrating the issue may help us assess the problem more efficiently.

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate the process with the relevant supplier or fulfillment partner.

Your contractual seller and point of contact for the order remains lookszone s.r.o., trading under the brand HallowShadow.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• replacement;

• repair or remedy;

• price reduction;

• or refund.

Statutory warranty and conformity rights are not limited by any voluntary time limits contained in this policy.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

During this 24-hour period, we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it has been fully processed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once shipping or fulfillment processing has begun.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to exercise your statutory withdrawal rights or our voluntary return option after receiving the goods.

The 24-hour cancellation policy does not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is made solely because you changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided you were properly informed of this obligation and applicable law does not require otherwise.

If the return is necessary because:

• the product is defective;

• the product was delivered damaged;

• the wrong product was delivered;

• the order is incomplete;

• or the issue was caused by us or a fulfillment partner acting on our behalf,

we will cover the return costs required under applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Please use only the return address provided by us for the specific return.

8. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will refund payments received from you in accordance with applicable law, generally without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

For purchases of goods, we may withhold the refund until:

• we have received the returned goods; or

• you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original order unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For approved voluntary returns made during our additional 30-day return period, refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

After a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider before the funds appear in your account.

9. Original Shipping Costs

Where a statutory right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, where required by law.

If you expressly selected a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, additional costs exceeding the least expensive standard delivery option generally do not have to be refunded.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, including returns made during days 15 through 30, original shipping costs are generally not refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Whether a direct exchange is available depends on factors including product availability, the capabilities of the relevant fulfillment partner, and the condition of the returned product.

In some cases, it may be faster to return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers entering into a distance contract generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us through a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

12. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will generally refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us do not have to be refunded.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must generally return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where you have been properly informed of this obligation.

You are generally responsible for any reduction in value only where it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may cease to apply, where a statutory exception is applicable.

This may include, for example:

• goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery;

• and other cases expressly provided for by applicable law.

Opening the packaging of an ordinary electronic projector for the purpose of reasonably inspecting the product does not by itself constitute such an exception.

Whether a statutory exception applies depends on the specific product and circumstances.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
